Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Van Winter!
Mallory Anne McGannon and Mark Samuel Van Winter tied the knot on September 10th at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Our Town. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael McGannon of Our Town and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hall of Moberly, Missouri and the late Mr. Charley Crosswhite, and Mrs. Paul T. McGannon of Lauderdale By The Sea, Florida and the late Dr. McGannon. Her groom is the son of Mr. Carl and Dr. Jo Van Winter of Byron, Minnesota and the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Trunta and the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Van Winter.
On the evening prior to the ceremony, the groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Jack Stack Barbecue’s The Freight House. The bride’s parents celebrated the newlyweds with a lovely reception at Carriage Club following the ceremony. Madeline McGannon, the bride’s sister; served as the maid of honor, and the bridesmaids were Cindi Brenner, Danielle Oswald-Thole, Melissa Nelson, Kathryn Van Winter, the groom’s sister; and Whitney McGannon, the bride’s sister-in-law. Kevin Kading served as the best man, and the groomsmen were Joseph Meyer, Joshua Maurer, William Iberg, Robert Trousdale, and Jeremy McGannon, the bride’s brother. The couple honeymooned in the Bahamas and are now happy at home in Our Town, where Mallory is careering with HNTB and Mark is employed with WireCo World Group.
