Reaching Out From Within – Courage to Change: Rethinking Human Dignity
SuEllen Fried was the chairman for Reaching Out From Within’s Courage to Change: Rethinking Human Dignity. The October 7th event was held at the Overland Park Sheraton. Axel Briemle, an expert in humane practices in incarceration who is currently working for the European Union to help reshape criminal justice practices throughout Europe, was the featured guest. He was interviewed by Dana Wright. The evening capped off the organization’s day-long inaugural National Symposium on Incarceration and Returning Citizens.
