Happy Birthday, Scarlett!
Adorable Scarlett Ann Harris turned one in October and celebrated her birthday with a candy-corn themed party at the home of her parents, Brooke and Richie Harris. The birthday girl adores her pal, Arthur, a Newfoundland. While being strolled at running speed, Scarlett giggles with glee, but she frowns when she hears a leaf blower. We know the birthday girl will love her brand new wagon!
