Spotlight on Centurions – Leanne Breiby
Leanne Breiby grew up in Olathe, Kansas, and graduated with honors from the William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications at The University of Kansas. She now lives in downtown Kansas City with her boyfriend and two cats. Leanne assists donors in establishing charitable funds at the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation, where she is the director of communications. At the Kansas City chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (KC IABC), she serves as vice president of finance. Leanne also works with Better Block KC to make the city more sustainable and friendly to pedestrians. As a member of the Centurions Spring Class of 2020, she is a member of the steering committee and helped plan the June Task Force, “KC Women: Past, Present + Future.”
