The Barstow School – The Generations Courtyard
The Barstow School celebrated the dedication and naming of an outdoor gathering space on campus now known as The Generations Courtyard on November 8th. This courtyard honors Barstow families that span generations, with special recognition of the Winningham, Withers, Potter, and Russ families. The celebration was attended by Anne Potter Russ ‘78 and Norbert Russ, Diana Withers Russ ‘12, other alumni, and Barstow faculty and staff. Additional members of Anne’s family who are Barstow alumni include Louise Winningham Withers, class of 1910; Emily Withers Potter, class of 1946; and Nicholas Potter Russ, class of 2014.
