Indian Hills Country Club was the site for The Women’s Committee for the UMKC Conservatory’s Sophisticated Ladies Spring Luncheon, which was held on April 17th. Michele Hamlett-Weith served as the chairman, and Linda Eddy and Barbara Lutman served as auction co-chairmen. UMKC Conservatory Dean Courtney Crappell introduced the program, followed by remarks from Stephen Steigman, 91.9 Classical KC. Guests enjoyed a delicious lunch and musical and dance performances by students who have received scholarships from The Women’s Committee.
