Tom Dowling is a member of the Centurions Class of 2015. He was the chairman of the October Task Force on transportation, infrastructure and planning. Tom is a partner with Stinson Leonard Street and practices employee benefits law. He serves on the board of trustees at The Kansas City Art Institute and is on the governance and retirement plan committees.
