The 7th annual Evening Under the Stars was presented by Truman Medical Center Lakewood, to help raise funds to purchase a mobile dental coach to help expand the Independence School District-based dental program. The evening included hot music by the island rock group, Soca Jukebox, and delicious fare by Plaza Catering. Brenda Shields and Nancy Lewis served as the co-chairmen.
