The UMKC Conservatory of Music and Dance held its Crescendo Patrons’ Party on November 4th at the lovely home of Anne and Howard Elsberry. Students from the Conservatory entertained more than 100 guests with arias from Billy Budd by Benjamin Britten and Dvorák’s “Rusalka’s Song to the Moon,” a tribute to the Crescendo theme, “New Mood Rising.”
