Bike 4 the Brain

September 7th will mark the fourth annual Bike 4 the Brain at the Johnson County Mental Health Center. This family-friendly event includes cycling courses, a one-mile walk (in case you don’t ride!), a 5K fun run, and auction, and learning stops where participants can learn more about mental illness. In addition to these healthy activities, the B4B Tricycle Challenge will be held. Coordinating the B4B day is Dr. Ken Sonnenschein. B4B is designed to increase understanding about brain-based illnesses that have emotional and behavioral symptoms, and funds raised will support local nonprofit organizations.
