Congratulations, Elizabeth & Ted!
Elizabeth Phillips Starr and Captain Edward James Gallagher will meet at the altar on December 30th at Country Club Christian Church in Kansas City, Missouri. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Alicia Noonan Starr of Our Town and the late Mr. John Robert Starr. Elizabeth is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Cleaver Noonan of Leawood, Kansas, and Mr. and Mrs. John Philip Starr of Sarasota, Florida. She is a graduate of The Pembroke Hill School. Elizabeth was a Jewel Ball debutante in 2014. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Hamilton College and an education specialist degree in school psychology from the University of Denver. Elizabeth is a practicing school psychologist.
Her groom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Edward Gallagher, Jr. of Prairie Village, Kansas. Ted is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Donald James Bonner of Overland Park, Kansas, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry Edward Gallagher, Sr. He is a graduate of The Pembroke Hill School. Ted earned a bachelor of science degree in management from the United States Military Academy. He is a captain in the United States Army.
