Each year, thousands of students across the metropolitan area submit essays about the kindest person they know. This evening celebrates the life-changing individuals making an impact across Kansas City. The event will highlight our K-12 student winners, our Honorary Stars, and our Rita Blitt Kindest School, all while supporting our school based integrated services, which provide prevention, behavior support, and therapy services to students and families in the community.
