Congratulations, Lisa & Kelly!
Susan Virden Carpenter and Mr. Kirk Weldon Carpenter, both of Prairie Village, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Anne Carpenter, to Kelly Price McKee, the son of Margaret McKee of Fallbrook, California. Lisa is the granddaughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. Herbert Virden, the late Ruth Carpenter and the late Raymond Carpenter. She is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School. Lisa earned a bachelor of arts degree in communications from DePauw University. She is a BOTAR, class of 2009. Lisa is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority and is employed with Hudson Pacific Properties in Los Angeles, California.
Her groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank McKee. Kelly is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School. He earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology from The University of Kansas. He is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and careers with Pressman Film in Los Angeles. Theirs will be a September 9th wedding at Second Presbyterian Church in Our Town.
