Crib Note – Grant Allen Hoefer
A bouncing baby boy named Grant Allen Hoefer was born on August 8th to Whitney Hatfield Hoefer and Derek Hoefer of Lenexa, Kansas. The blue-eyed, blond-haired boy weighed seven pounds, five ounces, and was 18 inches long. His grandparents are Sarah Hatfield and Victoria McVicker, Lynn and Tom Hatfield, and Julie and Greg Hoefer. Great-grandmother Nancy Staley Laubach hopes to meet the young gent soon. Grant joins his big sister, Grace Ann, who is smitten with the only boy born into the last two generations in the family. Cousins Hannah and Emma Switzer, daughters of Kristin Hatfield Switzer and Nick Switzer, are ready to spoil their new baby boy cousin. Grant is named after his maternal great-grandfather, the late Dr. Grant B. Hatfield, Jr.
