The Eastern Jackson County Mayors will recognize their Citizens of the Year, and the Truman Heartland Community Foundation board will nominate exceptional philanthropists from our community to receive the Humanitarian, Corporate Citizen, Heartland Service, and Professional Advisor of the Year awards.
