Happy Birthday, Cecilia!
Guess who turned one on October 2nd? This adorable little girl named Cecilia Anne Mirakian. Cece is the namesake of her maternal great-grandmother. Proud parents are Alexis and Chris Mirakian of Leawood. Tickled pink grandparents are Patty and Rich Parsons of Leawood and Laura and Steve Mirakian of Lenexa. Cece also is anxiously awaiting the arrival of her new baby sister!
