The Abbott was the site for The Family Conservancy’s 13th annual Blue Carpet Event on October 18th. The event honored The Junior League of Kansas City, Missouri, with the Betsy Vander Velde Award. With dinner, silent and live auctions, and dancing to the music of Wonderfuzz, guests raised funds to support Kansas City families and their access to high-quality child care and essential resources to thrive in school and beyond.
