Mr. and Mrs. Louis Grasse of St. Louis, Missouri, are pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Pamela Jane Ganer, to Richard Bradley Winter, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Winter of Mission Hills. The bride-to-be is also the daughter of the late Mr. Donald Ganer. Pamela is a graduate of Nerinx Hall High School in Webster Groves, Missouri. She earned a bachelor of science degree in political science from Quincy University and a juris doctor from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. Pamela is careering with the Jackson County Circuit Court. 

Her groom-elect is a graduate of New Albany High School in New Albany, Ohio. Richard earned a bachelor of science degree in air traffic management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a member of Sigma Chi fraternity and is employed with the Federal Aviation Administration. Theirs will be an October 22nd wedding at St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church in St. Louis.
