            Ayesh   has  been  selected  as
            the  new  executive  chef  of  Café
            Sebastienne. Remy brings a wealth
            of  knowledge  to  her  position,
            including  experiences  working
            as  an  instructor  at  the  French
            Culinary Institute in New York, and
            working  at  Pops  for  Champagne,
            graham  elliott,  Spiaggia,  and
            Rootstock  Wine  and  Beer  Bar  in
            Chicago.  Congratulations  to  Chef
            Remy!
